To disable the option of Getting Notifications of Progress Updates:

1. On the Dashboard, click Customize from the actions drop-down Image RemovedCustomize button on right.
2. My Settings pop-up will be displayed. Navigate to the Preferences tab.
3. Under the Projects Managed by me section, un-check the Task Work Item progress is updated check box.
4. Click Save.
