- Reproduce the issue.
- Log in as a user having administrator privileges.
- From the main menu, click on
and Click on Administration from top-right under the user photo and then Site Settings OR type following in the browser: http://<your-server-name>:<port-number>/psa/site.Admin.wm?
You might be prompted for a password. - On the new page, click on Download Debug Bundle.
- You will be prompted to save a ZIP file. Save it on your computer.
- Attach the file to your support ticket.
