You need to configure the Incoming and Outgoing mail settings for your notificationsmails for creating tasks, task updates to work, etc while the Outgoing mail for receiving notifications. The following pages will help you set that up.
Celoxis requires a dedicated email account to work . So, you need to ask for which your system administrator needs to create a mail account on your the mail server. If you use an ISP and don't have your own email serverthen, you can create an account with your ISP provider.
