1. Go to your Project.
2. On the left hand side of the window, click Discussion from the list of project specific reports panel.
3. Under the Discussion column, click the discussion topic.
4. Click on Reply button and enter your comments.
5. Click Browse to upload files, if any.
6. Click Save. Your comments are posted against that discussion topic.
