For every project you may have different Cost & Bill Rates defined. Additionally you may want to setup Security differently for your project. Click here to read how to setup project specific Rates and Security.From an actions drop-down menu of a project you can click on the Settings menu which lets you configure the following for each project:

  1. Billing Rates: Every project can have a separate billing rate for the timecode or the user depending on your company's billing model. This rate is used to calculate the Bill Amount of the project.
  2. Cost Rates: Every project can have a separate cost rate per user from which the Cost (Est), Cost (Actual) is calculated.
  3. Role Memberships: You can add/edit users to play specific role per project. 
  4. Apps: You can configure the State Manager and the timeout policy per App for a particular project.
  5. Security: You can configure the security of a particular project. For details, refer here.
