  1. On the main menu, click Settings, and then click Company.
  2. In the Users And Clients section, click Departments Workspaces .
  3. Click Add link.
  4. In the Name* box, type name of the department
  5. Click Save. The department Workspace is added to the list of departments under the Name column.

To edit DepartmentsWorkspace:

  1. On the main menu, click Settings, and then click Company.
  2. In the Users And Clients section, click Departments Workspaces .
  3. Click on the edit link (pencil shaped icon).
  4. Make necessary changes. The departments are Workspace is edited.

To delete Departments Workspaces:

  1. On the main menu, click Settings, and then click Company.
  2. In the Users And Clients section, click Departments Workspaces.
  3. On the department workspace to be deleted, click on the Delete icon . The department Workspace is deleted.
Note

Existing Projects in that department need Workspaces needs to be moved to another departmentworkspace . Users belonging to that department will workspace will be automatically moved to the "default" department workspace.
