The "Activity Stream" provides up-to-the-minute streaming updates and keeps all your conversations in one place. You can directly add your comments to work items you are following and have viewing rights.
The default Activity stream will show you entries for new creation and updates to projects, tasks, documents, discussions and app items that you are following. You can always edit this report and change filters as necessary.

Since, you cannot "follow" a project, you will have to modify the predefined Activity Stream report and set the filters: Following to Any and Action to Created and Modified. |
