  • When you add users, an email is sent to them with instructions on logging in to Celoxis.
  • You can set the user's profile picture in Celoxis by using the Gravatar. To automatically reference your gravatar photo in Celoxis, you need to create a free profile at https://en.gravatar.com/


To edit a User:

  1. From the main menu, click on View and point to People and click on Users.
  2. Point to the user and from the actions menu, click on Edit.
  3. In the new pop-up, edit the required information and click Save.

You can add Generic resources in Celoxis. They are unlimited and free. All you need to do is createan userwithout create an user without Login and Password.
