Celoxis allows you to view details of documents files uploaded such as

1. Who is the owner of the documentfile
2. What is the current version of the documentfile
3. Who has it currently checked out
4. What are the different versions of the documentsfiles
5. Which version was checked in by whom 
6. Comments on the versions 
7. Date of checkin

1. Go to your project and click on the Documents link from the left panelproject-specific File report.
2. From the actions drop-down of the documentfile, click on View Details.

The pop-up window that opens will show you all the details with the history.

2. On the pop-up window, click on the Download link for downloading the required version of the documentfile.
   
   

The document file will be downloaded in the specified location.
