Celoxis provides some predefined reports for WorkflowApps. Additionally, you can define your own  reports .

The project-specific reports for Bug and Risk are following list of reports are created by default in your account (for customers after v8.0):

1. Global Reports
   1.  My Bugs.

   2. My Issues.

   3. My To Dos.

   4. Risk register
       

2. Project-Specific reports
   
   1. Bugs - All the bugs reports of the App type 'Bug'.
   2. Issues - All the issues reports of the App type 'Issue'.
   3. Risk Register - All the risk reports of the App type 'Risk' with the risk parameters.
