1. Save your Microsoft Project plan with tasks as an .mpp or .xml file.
2. Navigate to the project where you want to import those tasks.
3. From the Actions drop down menu of the project Image Removed Image Added, point to Import and click on Microsoft Project.
   OR
   From the Gantt menu options, click on More; point to Import and then click on Microsoft Project.
4. On the pop-up window, select the .MPP or .XML file by clicking on Browse.
5. Click on Next.
6. If there are resources in your file, you are prompted to Map Resources. By default Celoxis will map the existing users in Celoxis to the ones in your file, if found.
7. Click on Next.
8. If you already have tasks in the project where you are importing the file, you will be prompted to select the existing tasks if you want to delete them (overwrite) or keep them and append the new tasks to the end of the existing tasks. Select the appropriate tasks (if required) to delete and click on Next.
9. The tasks in the MPP/XML will be successfully imported to the project.
