Only a user with administrative privileges will be able to schedule a report. |
To schedule a report:
- From the main menu, click on Reports > All Reports.
- On the All tab, click on Edit from the actions menu of the report you wish to schedule. You can also schedule the report even while creating a new report.
On the Edit pop-up, navigate to the Schedule tab. You need to enter the following information to schedule the selected report:
- Select a user from the Run As drop-down.
The access level of the selected user will determine the data visible in the scheduled report (PDF). If this user is being deactivated, the system will prompt you to change the user for such reports before you can deactivate the user. - Under the Subscribe drop-down, select the users who should receive the email with the report.
This list shows you all the active users and clients in your company. - Set the frequency and Time for running the report. The selected time corresponds to the timezone of the company's default work calendar.
- Select a user from the Run As drop-down.
- Click on Save.
To unschedule a report:
- From the main menu, click on Reports > All Reports.
- On the All tab, click on Edit from the actions menu of the report you wish to unschedule. You can also schedule the report even while creating a new report.
- On the Edit pop-up, navigate to the Schedule tab and un-check the Schedule box.
- Click on Save.
The report is now scheduled and the subscribers will stop receiving the emails for the report.
