NOTE: The reports available to be added to a Dashboard are the ones created by you i.e Private to you or Shared to you. The earlier limits of not allowing Resource Load chart and the Gantt reports on dashboard are still applicable due to performance reasons.
Limits:
- A dashboard report can have a maximum of 6 individual reports.
- The number of shared dashboards is limited to 10 i.e you can share a maximum of 10 dashboard reports.
View a Dashboard
Once you share a dashboard to other users, this is automatically pushed under their Dashboard menu. Users can select or remove the report from the list. Similarly, you can reorder the sequence of the dashboards to be displayed under your Dashboard menu.
By default the first report in the list, will be the report displayed when you login OR click on the Dashboard button.
...
- From the main menu, click Reports > All Reports.
- Search for the dashboard report by typing the name in the Search box OR scroll down the list.
- After the report is displayed after searching or from the list page, click on Edit from the actions drop-down menu beside the report name.
- Make the required changes. You can add/remove individual reports in now.
- Click Save. The report is saved with the changes.
Points to remember:
...
- When the company policy 'Allow Personal Dashboards' is selected, only then can your users create personal Dashboards i.e dashboards NOT shared with anyone.
