If you are existing users in Celoxis and have been invoicing time entries in Celoxis, you need to first agree on a date prior to making the switch. This is essential because post connection you cannot invoice time entries in Celoxis. Invoicing has to be done from QuickBooks Online.
All existing Invoiced time entries will not be synced with QuickBooks Online. These entries will continue to retain the v9.1 behavior till the default Invoicing behavior till the time they are explicitly “UnInvoiced” by a privileged user
The time entries will not have invoice and UnInvoice option.

Only approved and billable time entries can be synced.
. Once “UnInvoiced” they can be synced with QuickBooks Online.
Please a note the behavior of the system in the following scenario's.
- When existing users switch to QuickBooks Online, i.e. using “Connect to QuickBooks” on admin page
- Existing Invoiced Entries will continue to function as-is, i.e. have an “UnInvoice/Delete/Save” button.If “UnInvoiced” then it can only be Synced with QBO. i.e. no Invoice button
- There will be no Invoice/Invoice button in bulk operations or single edit for Approved TE
- Users (with Invoice Privilege), will get the “Sync with QuickBooks Online” option in their menu.
- All Approved and billable time entries will now be synced with QuickBooks Online.
- When admin explicitly disconnect from QuickBooks Online, i.e. from admin screen
All existing Time Entries will be unchanged
Their QB IDs will not be removed from system.
QB ID and Last synced at columns will not be available in reports.
Last synced at label on Single edit screen will not be seen
Sync button on Invoiced Time Entries will not be seen
- Users will now see resume the default behavior (v9.1)
Users will now be able to see Invoice/UnInvoice buttons
Will see Invoice Time option in menu
Invoice/UnInvoice as per v6.5.1 behavior.
- They will not be able to see “Sync with QuickBooks”
