Below are few errors that you may encounter while syncing time entries with QuickBooks Online. 

1. Error: Employee Missing in QuickBooks Online
                                    
   Solution:-
   This error occurs when the user name in Celoxis and QBO are not same QuickBooks Online company is not identical or the user details have not been updated in QBOQuickBooks Online. 
   a. Verify the user name in Celoxis and QBO QuickBooks Online 
   b.  Confirm if user has been is set up in QBOin QuickBooks Online
   
   
2. Error: Client does not exist in the QuickBooks Online compan Customer Missing in QuickBooks Online

   Solution:-
   This error occurs when the client name in Celoxis and QBO are not same QuickBooks Online is identical or the client details have is not been updated created in QBOQuickBooks Online.  
   a. Verify the client name in Celoxis and QBO QuickBooks Online
   b.  Confirm if client has been is set up in QBO
   
   
3. Error: Timecode Time-code does not exist in the Quick-Books Online company company
