Below are few errors that you may encounter while syncing time entries with QuickBooks Online. 

  1. Error: Employee Employees Missing in QuickBooks Online
                                     
    Solution:-
    This error occurs when the user's name in Celoxis and QuickBooks Online company is not identical or the user details have not been updated in is not available QuickBooks Online. 
    a. Verify the user name in Celoxis and QuickBooks Online 
    b.  Confirm Confirm if user has been is set up in QuickBooks Online
    b.  Make sure that the Name in Celoxis matches the Display Name in QuickBooks Online

  2. Error: Customer  Customers Missing in QuickBooks Online

    Solution:-
    This error occurs when the client's name in Celoxis and QuickBooks Online is not identical or the client is not created available in QuickBooks Online.  
    a. Verify the client name in Celoxis and QuickBooks Online
    b.  Confirm Confirm if client has been is set up in QBO
    b. Make sure that the Name in Celoxis matches the Display Name in QuickBooks Online. 

  3. Error: Time -code codes does not exist in the Quick-Books Online company 
    Solution:-
    Error: Error connecting to the QBO Company

    This error occurs when the time code's name in Celoxis and QuickBooks Online is not identical or the time code (service item) is not available in QuickBooks Online.  
    a. Confirm if the service item has been set up in QBO
    b. Make sure that their names are identical.

    *** Add a couple of Authentication related error message. Solution would be to ask admin to disconnect/connect to QBO.
