Celoxis helps you to fill time against your Work Items by pre-filling your Weekly Time page with work items on which you can fill With this handy feature, your weekly time screen comes pre-filled with all tasks and workflows on which you need to log your time. It is a convenient way of filling hours directly without having to pick the project and Work Item .An option Auto-Fill everytime. This is available as an option on your Weekly Time page for this purpose. Checking this option (default is checked), will prefill the Weekly time screen with 15 work items as follows:

Your work items will be pre-filled on the following logic:
- Work Items on which you have filled time in this Week will be first, followed by
- Work Items on which time has been filled last week and are still incomplete, followed by,
- Other work Work Items that span are active in the period "last week to this week"last 2 weeks.
Pre-fill will populate work items up to a maximum of 15 rows.
