To find incomplete Time Sheets:

  1. On From the main menu, click  Time, under Favorite reports, click Incomplete Timesheetson View. This will list all the favorite reports. The Incomplete Timesheet report is marked as a favorite by default.
  2. Pick a date range form the Period picker.
  3. From the Expected hours: drop-down list, select either less than working hours or less than and specify the hours
  4. Select a specific User or leave it as Any
  5. Click Submit.

  1. Login as administrator user.
  2. Go to Settings > CompanyFrom the main menu, click on Image Added and then Company Settings.
  3. Under Time and Expense section, select the policy Send incomplete timesheet reminder emails to users daily at option.
  4. Select the time you want the email notifications to be triggered.
  5. Click on Save in that section. This will enable the notifications to be sent to the users; however, the user need to enable the Daily Incomplete Timesheet reminder under their user preferences for this.
