The Views are the primary way of managing different objects in Celoxis. Views help you to locate an item quickly in Celoxis Views give you an optimal way to manage your different projects, tasks, bugs, files and other work items in the system. They allow you to quickly segment, and then take action on specific items. List views do not impact security.  If a user cannot view a record, it . The will never appear within a list view. All Views will be visible to all users. There is no concept of private views.

Editing apps

Only Views, being lightweight lists, users cannot customize their columns or grouping information. The definition of any view can be edited only by a user with administrative privileges can edit the views by clicking on . To edit a view, click on the Edit option under the View's actions menu  for adding new columns, filters, etc. which will then reflect for all users menu. The changes made here will be reflected for all users. Users can, however, filter data (using dynamic filters) or sort on visible columns.

Note

Views cannot be created or deleted by any user in Celoxis.
