The Resource Load Chart (RLC) also helps you change the resource allocations assignments to quickly resolve problematic allocations. From the same screen, it is possible to add working/non-working exceptions.
To re-allocate resources:
- Click the expand icon besides
besides the groupings to expand to the list of tasks the user is assigned to. - For any particular task, click on the Edit link besides the task name.
- In the new-pop-up, change the allocation of the resource and click on Ok.
- The new allocation of the resource is saved.
