To enable automatic approval:

  1. On the main menu, click Settings, and then click Company Login with a user with administrator privileges and click on Administration option under the user profile.
  2. Under the Time & Expense Timesheets section, select the Auto approve time check box.Click Save. The auto approve option is enabledclick on Timesheet Options.
  3. Select the option Auto Approve under respective drop-downs under Approval Workflow section and click on Save.

Any time-entries submitted after this change will automatically be approved directly.
