You can share reports with users within your department and between multiple departments. You can also share reports with clients as well.
To Share Reports:
- On From the main menu, clickclick Reports > All Reports.From
- Edit the New report...drop-down list, select a report template and click Go.
- From the Share with users drop-down list, select appropriate option with whom you want to share the report.
- From the Share with clients drop-down list, select the clients with whom you want to share the report.
- Click Save. The report is sharedexisting report or create a new one to be shared.
- On the New/Edit report page,
- Under Visible to Users, select the appropriate option to make the report visible to users.
- All: The report will be visible to all users in Celoxis
- Everyone in Workspace: The report will be visible to only users part of te selected workspace.
- The report will be a private (not visible to anyone) when the drop-down is blank.
- Under Visible to Clients, select the appropriate client you wish to share the report with.
- Under Visible to Users, select the appropriate option to make the report visible to users.
- Click on Save.
