You can reply to any work item email notifications received from Celoxis, which will then add a comment to the respective work item. You can even attach files to your reply. These notifications also include a link to that work item for viewing within the application.

For followers, clicking on the "Unfollow this item" link from the email will automatically remove them from the Follower's list for that work item.

You need to have View task privilege to be ale to receive emails about the updates. Similarly, you need Add Comment privilege to add comments to work items via email. |
