Debug bundle is a ZIP file containing your log files and other configuration. It helps our engineers and support representatives and results in a speedy resolution. To send us the debug bundle :

  1. Stop the application. Now, delete the file at the location <install-directory>/psa_X.X.X/psa_x.y.z\webapps\psa\WEB-INF\logs and delete the celoxis.log file here.
  2. Start the application.
  3. Reproduce the issue i.e follow the steps causing the issue/error.
  4. Log in as a user having administrator privileges.
  5. From the main menu, click on Image Removed and Click on Administration from top-right under the user photo and then Site Settings OR type following in the browser: http://<your-server-name>:<port-number>/psa/site.Admin.wm?
    You might be prompted for a password. 
  6. On the new page, click on Download Debug Bundle.
  7. You will be prompted to save a ZIP file. Save it on your computer.
  8. Attach the file to your support ticket.

In case and upgrade/install has failed OR you are not able to start the application, go to the following location and send us the file:

  • Go to <Celoxis-install-directory>\psa_x.y.z\webapps\psa\WEB-INF\logs
  • Zip the entire logs directory and send it to us.

Tip

It is important that you send us the log file immediately after reproducing the issue. Else, the log files will be overwritten and we will not be able to investigate further.
