For every project you may have different Cost & Bill Rates defined. Additionally you may want to setup Security differently for your project. Click here to read how to setup project specific Rates and Security. From an actions menu of a project you can click on the More menu which lets you configure the following for each project:
- Billing Rates: Every project can have a separate billing rate for the timecode or the user depending on your company's billing model. This rate is used to calculate the Bill Amount of the project.
- Cost Rates: Every project can have a separate cost rate per user from which the Cost (Est), Cost (Actual) is calculated.
- Access Control: You can add/edit users to play a specific role per project. You can also set object level security i.e what each role can do for a particular project.
- Configure Apps: You can configure the State Manager and the timeout policy per App for a particular project.
