Below are few errors that you may encounter while syncing time entries with QuickBooks Online. 

  1. Error: Employees Missing in QuickBooks Online                                 
    Reason: 
    This error occurs when the user's name in Celoxis and
    QBO are not same QuickBooks Online company is not identical or the user details have not been updated in QBOis not available QuickBooks Online

    Solution:


    b.  Confirm a. Verify the user name in Celoxis and QBO Confirm if user has been is set up in QBOin QuickBooks Online
    b.  Make sure that the Name in Celoxis matches the Display Name in QuickBooks Online. 

  2. Error: Client does not exist in the  Customers Missing in QuickBooks Online compan 
    SolutionReason:- 
    This error occurs when the client's name in Celoxis and
    QBO are not same QuickBooks Online is not identical or the client details have not been updated in QBO. 
    a. Verify the client name in Celoxis and QBO 
    b.  Confirm if client has been is set up in QBO
    Error: Timecode does not exist in the Quick-Books Online company 
    Solution:-
    Error: Error connecting to the QBO Company
    Solution:-

    Solution:
    a. Confirm if client has been set up in QBO
    b. Make sure that the Name in Celoxis matches the Display Name in QuickBooks Online. 

  3. Error: Time codes Missing in QuickBooks Online
    Reason:
    This error occurs when the time code's name in Celoxis and QuickBooks Online is not identical or the time code (service item) is not available in QuickBooks Online.  

    Solution:

    a. Confirm if the service item has been set up in QBO
    b. Make sure that their names are identical.


  4. Error: ERROR CODE:3200, ERROR MESSAGE:message=ApplicationAuthenticationFailed; errorCode=003200; statusCode=401, ERROR DETAIL:null
    Reason:
    This error occurs typically when your access token has expired.
     
    Solution:

    a. Please ask your admin to connect to QuickBooks Online from the Company Settings page in Celoxis.

  5. Error: Feature Not Supported
    Reason:
    This error occurs when you connect to a QuickBooks Online Edition that does not support Time Entries

    Solution:
    a. You need upgrade your current version of QuickBooks Online to a version which supports Time Entries. For more information about supported features, please refer to QuickBooks website.
