Roles

The Roles are used to control security. In the "Lead Tracking" process the roles may be "Sales Manager", "Sales Co-ordinator" and so on. Roles are assigned privileges (who can do what).
To add a role State managers are users who are responsible when an app is in a particular state. Through this tab you can specify who will play State Managers for specific states in your app.

  1. You can define State Managers at
    1. Company level (i.e. - All Workspaces -)
    2. Workspace level
    3. Project level
  2. Defining State Managers can each subsequent levels will override its parent value. For example, defining a state manager for a state at - All Workspaces - will automatically apply to all workspaces and projects under them. Now you can choose to override the defaults for a specific workspace or a specific project.
