Defining Optimal Load:
You can also define the range for Optimal Load Between(Settings > Company Administration > Under the 'Projects & TasksProject Management' section > Project Options) desired for the resources.
For example, if you define your optimal load between 80% to 90% means that the resource load between 80% and 90% will show up in green (optimal) whereas anything below 80% will show up in Blue(Underallocated). Similarly, anything above 90% is Red (OverallocatedOver-allocated).
