To get you up and running quickly, Celoxis can be configured to track your simple and complex business processes. We have configured some commonly used processes like Bug Tracking, Issue Tracking etc. To use these predefined processes, an Admin user has to import them first and then configure the applications before use. 

Below are the steps to use the predefined workflows.

  1. Import the pre configured application
  2. You can modify the default states and transitions as per your company process or use them as is
    1. As Admin, click on Settings – Workflow Applications – (Bug Tracker)  Process Types – States and Transitions
  3. You can change the default permissions or roles as per your company process 
    1. As Admin, click on Settings – Workflow Applications – (Bug Tracker)  Process Types – Roles
  4. You can add any custom fields to transitions to capture data that is more relevant to your working
  5. Then configure the process and define your state managers, resources and time out policies etc.

provides predefined apps for most commonly used business processes. You can directly use them or edit them to suit your business needs.

To import an app:

  1. Login with a user with administrator privileges and click on Administration option under the user profile.
  2. Under the Custom Apps section, click on Apps.
  3. In the new pop-up, click on the Import drop-down and select the app you want to import.
  4. The selected app will be imported.

  • Importing an app will import all its related custom fields, default security and reports.
  • You can import the pre-defined apps provided by Celoxis in cases you have deleted them earlier.
