You can create Our To Do app lets you create quick To Dos in Celoxis for yourself or create action items for other users.  You need to initiate a process of type "To Do". For details, click here.

  1. To create a To Do, click on Process -> New -> To do.  (If you do not see it, please ask your administrator to "import application" To Do.)
  2. Assign the To Do to yourself
  3. To create an action item for someone else, assign the To do to that user and make yourself the Requestor. 
  4. There are only 2 states, Open and Done

To view your TODO lists, define a process report called 'My To Do List'. Set the following filters for the report. 

  • Assigned To = <Report Runner>
  • State = To Do : Planned 

Then customize your Dashboard and add this report to display on your dashboard. If you wish to create TO DO items that are private, the permissions for the role ANYONE needs to be modified appropriately.

A To Do has 2 states: Planned and Completed.

Once a To Do is created, it is in 'Planned' state. Once the task/to-do is complete, the person assigned to it can do the 'Mark Complete' transition.
