At times, reassigning the app item may be done for a variety of Ocassionally you may want to re-assign an item. There could be several reasons like work restructuring or the current assignee assigned user is on leave or is busy with other activities.
To reassign the an App item:
- Go to your app item.
- From the its actions drop-down of the workflow , click on Reassign
- Select the user to reassign the item from the Reassign To drop-down.
- You can enter suitable comments for the change if required.
- Click on Submit. The item will be re-assigned to the user new.
