1. Go to the Gantt of your project.
2. Select a task and click on the Copy icon or (s) and press Ctrl+C on the keyboard OR right-click on the task and select Copy.
3. Now, select the task under which you want to paste the task . You can do this my clicking on the paste icon or and press Ctrl+V on the keyboard  OR  right-click on the task and select Paste. The new task(s) is now seen under the task.

To Move a task to another project :

1. Go to the Gantt of your project.
2. Select Right-click on the task you want to copy to another project.
3. From the Gantt menu bar, click on More.
4. Click wish to move and click on Move.
5. On Now, in the new pop-up window, select the appropriate option to select pick the project where the task will be moved and click on Next.
   Image RemovedThe task will move to the selected project.

Moving the task will move the costs, documents, updates made on the task to the new selected project.
