You can make a copy the of an existing app item to initiate a new one with changes OR move an existing app item to a new project or Workspaceor move it across projects or workspaces.

To copy an app item:

1. Go to your app item.
2. From the actions drop-down its actions , click on Copy.
3. You can change the data in the fields you require like Summary, Priority, etcmake changes as necessary to the duplicated app item.
4. Select a new Assigned To or Requestor if required.
5. Click on Submit. A new instance of the App item is created. The original remains untouched.

To Move move an app item:

1. Go to your app item.
2. From the actions drop-down its actions , click on Move.
3. Select the new project or Workspace workspace where you want to move the item.
4. Click on Next. The app item is moved under the new selection.
