If you are interested in specific folders and / or documents files and would like quick access to them, you can add them to your favorite report in Celoxis. To create your Favorite Documents files report, please follow the instructions below. 

To add documents files and folders to your favorites:

Create Report My Favorite Documentsfiles

  1. First create a report with type Document file and call it My Favorite Documentsfiles
  2. Select filter 'My Favorite' and select value 'Yes'.
  3. Select other columns as per requirement and save. 
  4. Now click on the Action Selector of that report and click on Add to Favorites

Add your documentsfiles/folders to My Favorite Documentsfiles

  1. Next go Go to your project and click on the Documents link from the left panelproject-specific File report.
  2. Click the Action Selector against the respective documentsfiles(or folder), click on More > Add to FavoritesFavorite.
  3. The selected document file is now visible in your My Favorite Documentsfiles report
