To add Billing Rates at the project level: 

  1. Go to your project and click on the action drop down Image RemovedNavigate to Settings and click on More option on the right side.
  2. Now, click on Billing Rates.
  3. You will see the list of Time codes/User rates displayed (based on Company billing model)
  4. To edit any of the rates you can click on the respective boxes and you can edit the rates.
  5. To add new rates, click on the Add button and fill the details below.
  6. Click on Save.

To add User Cost at the project level:

  1. Go to your project and click on the action drop-down Image RemovedThen go to Settings and click on More option on the right side.
  2. Now, click on Cost Rates.
  3. Click on the Add icon.
  4. From the User drop-down list, select a user.
  5. Enter the rates by clicking on the rate boxes.
  6. Click on Save.
