To Create a Calendar View 

  1. On the main menu, click Reports.
  2. From the New report...drop-down list, select a report template (Project or Task) and click Go.
  3. In the Name* box, type the name of the report.
  4. In the Description box, type the description.
  5. From the Share with users drop-down list, select the appropriate option with whom you want to share the report.
  6. From the Share with clients drop-down list, select the clients with whom you want to share the report.
  7. In the Filters section, from the Add filter... drop-down list, select a filter. The selected filters are displayed under the Filter column.
  8. Select the Prompt? check box if you want to display the selected filters in the report output window.
  9. In the View section, select Calendar.
  10. Do either of the following:
      • Click Save to save the report.
      • Click Save And Run to run the report. The pie chart report is displayed
