You can choose to allow clients to initiate certain project apps (processes) such as help desk requests, issue / bug tracking, change requests, etc... This can be done by keeping the "Clients can initiate" check-box checked for the App definition. 

To initiate project apps:

  1. Clients can go to their specific project.
  2. Click on the three-line menu  
  3. Go to Add and then to the specific app item.
  4. In the Summary box, type the summary for this app item.
  5. Fill in the other details and you can attach files if any.

A Client can also be an assignee for a specific state of an app item.
