With Notification Center, you can see all your important incoming messages and @mentions at a glance. Notifications keep you informed whenever you are assigned new work, or when something has changed on the items you follow. Using @mentions, you can refer a user to get his/her attention. 
The notification center includes the following:
  1. In-app notifications
  2. @mentions

The Notification Center is not available for Client logins.

 In-App Notifications

The in-app notifications include new work assignments, modification to items one is currently working on, and updates or conversations on tasks and discussions that one is following.  The notifications are only shown for projects which are in Execution stage.
 

 The new notifications are always shown on the top. The unread messages are shown in bold. Once, you click on a particular notification item, you are directed to the details page of that item. 
 

@Mentions

@mentions is the best way to grab your colleague's attention to a work item. You can mention a user while:

  • Adding a comment on a task.
  • Updating a task progress.
  • Performing an action (transition), reassigning or adding a comment to an app item.
  • Initiating or replying to a discussion.

You can @mention a user using the Name or Login; whichever is unique. If more than one user has a similar name, you will be presented with the user drop-down to pick the relevant user.

  • You can also mention users when accessing Celoxis on mobile, via email, or API.
  • Clients can mention users when replying to email communications.
  • After you mention a user in a work item, he/she will be added as an explicit user; if not already.
