You can share reports with users within your department and between multiple departments. You can also share reports with clients as well.

To Share Reports:

  1. From the main menu, click View > All Reports.
  2. Edit the existing report or create a new one to be shared.
  3. On the New/Edit report page, 
    1. Under Visible to Users, select the appropriate option to make the report visible to users.
      • All: The report will be visible to all users in Celoxis
      • Everyone in Workspace: The report will be visible to only users part of te selected workspace.
      • The report will be a private (not visible to anyone) when the drop-down is blank. 
    2. Under Visible to Clients, select the appropriate client you wish to share the report with.
  4. Click on Save.
