You can share reports with users within your department and between multiple departments. You can also share reports with clients as well.
To Share Reports:
- On the main menu, click Reports.
- From the New report...drop-down list, select a report template and click Go.
- From the Share with users drop-down list, select appropriate optionĀ with whom you want to share the report.
- From the Share with clients drop-down list, select the clients with whom you want to share the report.
- Click Save. The report is shared.
