Exporting to Microsoft Project may also be useful to share your project plan with clients, stakeholders or others that have Microsoft Project but do not have access to Celoxis.

To export a project to Microsoft Project:

  1. Go to the project.
  2. Under the More actions on the Interactive Gantt or from the project's actions drop-down , point to Export.
  3. Click on Microsoft Project.
  4. The .xml file is saved to your disk.

To import the XML file into Microsoft Project:

  1. Start the Microsoft Project.
