Celoxis helps you with pre-filling your Weekly Time page with work items on which you can fill time. It is a convenient way of filling hours directly without having to pick the project and Work Item.
An option Auto-Fill is available on your Weekly Time page for this purpose. Checking this option (default is checked), will prefill the Weekly time screen with 25 work items as follows:
- Work Items on which you have filled time in this Week will be first, followed by
- Work Items on which time has been filled last week and are still incomplete, followed by,
- Other work Items that span the period "last week to this week".
- Toggling the Auto-Fill option will show a message and the changes will only be applied when you open the screen next time.
- This feature only prefills the work items and not its hours.
