You can define templates for emails sent to a requestor of a process. Celoxis provides a default template. You can customize it per workspace.

 

  1. Go to Settings and then click on Company.
  2. Under the Custom Apps section, click on Requestor Email Templates.
  3. You will see list of all workspaces defined in the system.
  4. To customize a particular template, click on the Edit icon for a workspace.
  5. Apply the necessary customization.
  6. Click on Save.
  7. To revert to default template, click on the Reset icon for a workspace.
