Ocassionally you may want to re-assign an item. There could be several reasons like work restructuring or the assigned user is on leave or is busy with other activities.

To reassign an App item:

Go to your app item.
From its actions , click on Reassign
Select the user to reassign the item from the Reassign To drop-down.
You can enter suitable comments for the change if required.
Click on Submit. The item will be re-assigned to the user new.

The new assignee will receive a notification that the App item is assigned to him.
The original assignee will no longer see the App item when filling time or in reports.
Only the user with Reassign privilege will be able to perform this action.
