How to know your Site Administrator password

To know your site administrator when accessing Settings > Site:

  • Go to <install-directory>\celoxis\psa_9.1.0\webapps\psa\WEB-INF\conf
  • Open the site.properties file in notepad.
  • You should see the password here.
  • To reset the password, change the password here and restart the application .
