Viewing Multiple Calendars

You can view calendar of other users. Events marked as "Public" by that user are shown and you can view details of the events. Events marked as "Busy" will show as "Busy" for the duration of the event. "Private" events are not shown.

To view multiple calendars
  1. From the main menu, click on  and then Calendar
  2. From the Users drop-down list, select the users of which you want to see the calendars and click Go. Multiple calendars are displayed.
