Finding relevant Files

You might have files attached to a task, project, process, discussion, etc. Finding them is a difficult task as the number of file starts increasing. Celoxis helps you filter the files attached to a particular entity with the help of the Attached To filter.

To add this filter:

1. Create/Edit the File report.
2. On the Add/Edit file pop-up, click on the Filters tab.
3. Type Attached To for the filter to be selected. Make this filter prompt? so that you can select values while running a report.
4. Click on Save.
