Depending on your Time Approval workflow, the Project Manager or Reporting Manager or both are automatically designated as the approvers of time entries. The approvers can approve or reject the time entry. The Approver Comments can also be entered at this time.The project financials are automatically updated after the time entries are approved. If entries are rejected, the submitter is notified through an email. The submitter will see the rejected entries in the same week for which they were submitted and can make changes, and resubmit the time for approval. They may also choose to delete the entry and fill it again.

To approve or reject time entries:

From the main menu, click on and then Approve Time.
On the pop-up window, you will see a drop-down for User, incase you need to view and approve time-entries for any particular user.
You can select a Date for which you want to approve time-entries.
Selecting Only projects managed by me, will show you only those time-entries for projects where you are the Project Manager (Primary or secondary).
Select the time-entries to approve.
Do one of the following:
- Click Approve link to approve or reject all time entries at once.
  Or
- Click the check boxes under the week day columns and click Timesheet.
You can now choose to Approve or Reject single or multiple time entries.
You can also display previously approved time entries on the same screen.
