Work Calendar
Celoxis allows you to create work calendars for your users who may work in different time zones or have work timings. Celoxis creates 1 work calendar called "Default". This will have the timezone that your company account was set up for. The default work timings for this are set up as Mon-Fri, 8 AM-12 and 13-17. Celoxis will schedule the tasks according to the resources working calendar.
To create a work calendar :
- Login with a user with administrator privileges and click on Administration option under the user profile.
- Under the Project Management section, click on Work Calendars.
- Under the Work Calendars tab, click on Add.
- Enter a suitable Name for the calendar.
- Select the appropriate Time Zone.
- Enter the Work Timings for the calendar. You need to enter time as 9:00 - 13:00, 14:00 - 18:00 with the 1 hour break. Do not enter anything for Off-days.
- Click on Save.
To edit a work calendar :
-  Login with a user with administrator privileges and click on Administration option under the user profile.
- Under the Project Management section, click on Work Calendars.
- In the new pop-up, besides the work calendar, click on the Edit icon (pencil-shaped).
- You can edit the Name, Time Zone, Work Timings.
- Click on Save.
To delete a work calendar :
- Login with a user with administrator privileges and click on Administration option under the user profile.
- Under the Project Management section, click on Work Calendars.
- In the new pop-up, besides the work calendar, click on the delete icon.
- A confirmation message is shown to confirm your deletion. Click on Yes if you want to delete the calendar.

- You can create multiple calendars with different work timings and timezones.
- A user is associated with only one work calendar.
- Deleting a work calendar will move the users under it to the Default work calendar.
- Editing or Deleting a Work Calendar will reschedule all the incomplete tasks assigned to the resources based on the new work calendar or its changes.
- The default Calendar cannot be deleted.
