User Workspace - Role Membership
In Celoxis, users can belong to multiple workspaces but, they must belong to one workspace at least.
Users can play one or more roles in one or more workspace. For instance, a user can belong to a Human Resource workspace and be responsible for hiring people, resource management in the company, organizing events, etc. and can look after the accounts and finance workspace of the company also. Since, access control is defined for roles, users are granted / denied permissions based on the roles they play. Therefore, one user can play more than one role in an organization.
